RAM won't work after changing PU cooler

I've got a pretty strange problem on my hands that I just can't figure out. I recently just changed my CPU cooler and when I turned the computer back on, I got a memory-related beep code. I didn't touch the RAM or anything except for the processor, (which I did remove and put back in before putting on the new cooler). I've tried rearranging the memory in different configurations and I can get it to post with a 1GB stick in each channel (2GB total). I originally had 4X1GB using all four slots. All the memory appears to work but just not in certain configurations.

List the system specs. In BIOS, be sure to set the RAM to Mfg. specs including Voltage, speed and timings. May need to bump up the voltage slightly for four DIMM.
