Ddr2 vs ddr3

i want rams mainly for gaming
betwen 4gb ddr2 800 mhz latency 5 ........ and ........... 4gb ddr3 1333mhz latency 9......... what should i choose?
considering that if i get the ddr3 i will get a 250gts nvidia
and if i get ddr2 i will get a 5770

what do u suggest?

I would choose HD 5770 with 4GB DDR2 800 because the most important thing for gaming is the VGA.
DDR3 vs DDR2 won't make a noticeable difference in games.
