Sm bus controller

hi, my problem wasnt solved. i installed the chipset driver and the wizard came up saying there was new hardware found. but after going through the wizard promptings it said the installation could not be finished because the software was not found??? i have a compaq 5750 small form desktop. please help. thanks.

Did you also install the ATI IDE Bus Master Controller Driver?

no, i had not installed that driver. so i did. still the same thing. the sm bus controller hardware will not install because the necessary software can not be found.
