You upload your picture to a site like Photobucket and post the link to the image. I know Photobucket has the ability to provide the code need for the forum, so the image shows in the post. Or you post the image's location between this code

hyperlink location of image (without the space behind img)

To create a screenshot, just have the benchmark up on your screen, hit the Print Screen button on your keep board than past the image into Window's Paint program. After you have done that, save the image and upload to the image.

Here is the screen shot the last time I tested a while back:

Wow are SSDs fast
Comparing to your WD3000HLFS
I got you with the access time with my WD1600HLFS (6.7 > 7.4)
we tied with transfer rate (i ran a second test with all apps shut down)
your burst rate killed mine (206 > 176)

Of course in the real world there would be no noticeable difference
I wanted the fast access time due to OS doing so many small read/writes constantly
I sacrificed some transfer rate
but I figure if I raid 0 another WD1600HLFS I could make that up a little

Just couldnt afford a SSD right now :(
so i went with the 160gb Raptor for $51 USD on Ebay
figured price vs performance vs GB size it was the best deal

The raid 0 will have to wait for planned X 3 Rana build in about six months or so
My crappy Dell only has one PCI-E and I dont think a PCI sata raid will have the
bandwidth to do it right

going to gut my Dell
and make this system

X 3 Rana (450 probably)
AM3 mobo (i think or maybe am2+) still learning amd
4gb DDR2-800
small boot 80gb or so SSD if I can find one cheap enough :)
Raid 0 Raptors 160gb for apps
250gb Barracuda 7200.12 storage
HD 5770 or 6770 hopefully (use my HD 5670 for now)
asus DG sound card
Ati Theater Pro 550 TV tuner (old but works good)
Liteon DVDrw DL Ltscribe 16x
Corsair Builder CX500 v2 500watt
with this case
