Unlocking 4th Core?

I recently purchased a GIGABYTE ga-790xt-usb3 and need to know how to unlock my Phenom II x3's 4th core. Everyone tells me it is easy and some say I need to find a BIOS from a foreign GIGABYTE site because a particular BIOS was removed from the US sites. Hmmmmm.

It's the best 'foreign' site I know of - BUT - I think the BIOS you're looking for is F1, and I cannot seem to find a copy of it anywhere; the best thing I can think of is to post over at TweakTown, and see if you can find someone there who happened to have kept a copy before it 'disappeared'...
