No on the xion PSU, get the corsair 750TX, also what resolution are you playing at that 4870x2 is really strong and probably overkill.

Also in the future, dont post all the details about each part, had you just posted the lines you had in bold it would have been enough, i know the specs for the parts without needing to scroll through all of them listed.

XION generally doesnt have good PSUs, the 750TX from corsair is known to be good and provides the same amount of power at a higher efficiency rating for less. It also has good ripple suppression.

For 1280x1024 get a 4850, for 1920x1200 get a 4890, that 4870x2 is massive overkill for both screen sizes.

Right now you can get the ram (very good choice) you picked cheaper at Amazon.com

Also get this CPU Cooler, it is better then the one you picked, snce you can mount it with fan facing back of case ( not like the Vigor Monsoon where you have to have fans going to top of case.(
