Hi. I got a Dell 1504FP and was wondering if i can use it with two pc's at the same time? It got a VGA and DVI input. Right now im using the DVI, but i got a second pc i want to use as a server, but im not gonna use a display for that all the time, and if i can use the same display on my main computer it would be great. Or do i have to buy a KVM switch?

No, so long as the monitor can hot swap inputs (via a switch or OSD would be best) you'll be fine. Unless you need to use a keyboard and mouse on both machines and don't want to double up.
