6 14 0010 4543 ialmrnt5 updates?

have 2 games installed for wife on pc. after install they work fine. next time ya boot em up they choke and i get a ialmrnt5 stopped working warning reboot pc. try it again and it just restarts pc after music and a black screen. have a dell pc. 82945g express chipset the ialmrnt5 version is 6.14.0010.4543 microsofts pages says its a custom driver from dell. go to dell and have no clue to download.
