Hardware for husqvarna reader-writer

Hello,
I got a new computer and installed the 4D embroidery program and went through the install process in the utilites setting up my reader/writer. Everything is working correctly until I go to send; message is device not found. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I have windows Vista on one computer (old) and Windows 7 on the new one.

It looks like it is an piece of hardware where u insert card in to. Do u have anything like that? U need to plug it in before install completes.
