Computer Turns off after 2-3 seconds

I dont think it is the psu all though it sounds like it. It is suposed to be an overheating problem but wtf i just turned it off and the next morning its like this does that make sence???

anyone have this exact problem before?

its a 3 month old computer
check my info for specs

Check your reset switch or power button. Open up the case and remove the reset switch wire from the mobo.

it turns on......the neons blink and the fans spin really slowly so ........whats wrong?
