Problems installing MCS9865 PCI Serial on Intel DG965RY.

Hi,

I've been trying to install this MCS9865 PCI Serial (RS323) card on my mobo but every time I install the Device Drivers (which came with their CD) for my Windows XP Pro SP3 it keeps on crashing (BSOD). Can anybody please help me here cause I need to use the RS323 connection for my UPS.

Try installing the drivers manually. Look for an .inf file on your driver CD, right click, then select "Install".
