Hi all. I have a Silverstone TJ09. In the HDD bay, you have to have special countersunk screws (or recessed head) so that the enclosure will slide into the case. These seem to be very hard to find. Does anyone know of a place online I can order some? Or a part number, specs, etc?

If they are hard to find you can always try contacting the manufacturer:

USA
SilverStone Technology Inc. 13626 Monte Vista Ave. Unit #A, Chino, CA 91710, USA Tel: + 1-909-465-9596 Fax: + 1-909-465-9569 Office Hour: 08:30 to 17:30 PST (GMT-08:00)

E-mail
For General Questions/Sales: usasales@silverstonetek.com
For Support Questions (English/ EspaƱol): usasupport@silverstonetek.com

Also, if you want some help, if you have the case, and one of the screws still, and just need more, you could always try posting a pic here, and see if that helps, so that we might be able to track it down for you.

At the least, the manufacturer might be able to direct you to the type of screw you need (part # and such).

Edit: The manual (at least the thing i could find online) was horrendous, maybe the box came with something to tell you about the screws.

Nah the box didn't come with anything really. I don't even remember if it came with the crews, i just had a couple lying around. Been working with 7 or 8 screws for 4 HDD's

you could always bring one of them to either a radio shack or hardware store and just compare apples to apples. Also, I would suggest calling or e-mailing the manufacturer if you absolutely need these particular screws. Have you tried using something similar but not the same, and had the enclosure closing issues?
