Hello guys, I possess a visiontek 4850. I like it, its really nice, however I am unable to overclock it at all. I am modest when it comes to Ocing but this card will not budge.

In ANY ocing software, AT ALL, it will boot up fine ill move the sliders and then hit apply. The sliders then completely fall to the bottom of the line and my clock speed is N/A. Everything runs fine, just nothing can and wont overclock it.

It will recognize default clocks but once you try to change it the software (they all act the same, ati tool, tray tools etc etc) it just refuses to overclock at all.

:-( Poo

Did you have that issue with riva tuner or try the newest one?

i used the latest riva tuner, latest CCC, tray tools, ati tools, everything. And my drivers are the latest as of Sept. 10 from the amd/ati web site.

Edit: Auto overclock says it can not find the defualt clocks and i must reboot.

Of course rebooting does nothing.
