What means DRAM frequency?

My memory is Kingston KHX8500D2/1G HYPERX DDR2 1GB PC8500 1066MHZ and CPU-Z shows in DRAM Frequency 333.4MHz.Am i miss something or have a problem?

OK, DDR=Double Data Rate, so 333.4 in cpu-z is actually 667mhz ram. Try setting the dram frequency to 533, and that will equal 1066mhz, hence Double Data Rate. also try contacting kingston they'll surely help you out, if you have trouble fiddling with any settings.
