I'm looking for a PCIe x1 SATA 2 expansion card with a minimum of 2 drive ports, preferably 4. The differences I have are:
1) only one drive will be powered up at a time,
2) the powered drive must be bootable
3) the card must fit the standard high profile form factor
Operating systems are Win XP/7/2008 and various flavours of Linux.
Does anyone have any ideas please? I have found some cards that seem to fit the requirement but they are all small form factor. I would appreciate some help.
