Can a CPU heat sink be removed and inserted back without applying thermal paste again ???

I doubt my CPU temperature is rising once i've removed my heatsink and inserted back like it was.
webs say that max temperature for my CPU (Core 2 Duo E6750) was 60'C.
But when i ran 3D games (like Transformers Revenge of the Fallen), it rises to as much as 65'C, but working.
I'm worried about my CPU temperature.
Can someone give advice ?

List of my Hardwares.....
CPU: Core 2 Duo E6750 1.66 GHz
Mother Board: P5K/SE EPU
Graphics: NVidea EN 9400 GT Silent
Memory: 2 x 1GB

Intel Processor Spec Finder - http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SLA...

Your temperatures are well within specs. If you'd like to learn about processor temperatures, then just click on the link in my signature. :sol:
