Unfortunately can't use newegg.com as I'm ouside the states, overclockers.co.uk seem to be the cheapest but once I factor in delivery costs it works out about the same as komplett.ie(where I would collect from).
I have gone for WD SE16 as I heard the black was quite noisy, is this true? Also I know that the new ATI range is coming out shorty but not sure if its worth the wait as it would probably take a while for the price drop on the 4890 to filter through to Ireland :pfff:
My main concerns are whether is worth paying the extra to get a mobo with crossfire support and if I did go corssfire in the future would I need a different PSU as well?
I'm pretty much going on just a days research so any comments and advice are much appreciated. :D

For hard drive choices, I've never thought of the Caviar Black as being excessively loud, but some people's ears are more sensitive than others. I'm not sure if the Antec 900 has rubber grommets for the 3.5" bays, but it's a good quality case so it might. Those help dampen vibration and keep things quieter. I wouldn't go with a WD SE16 as a replacement though. Find a Seagate 7200.12, or Samsung Spinpoint F2/F3. Both have better acoustic properties than the Caviar Black, and have performance much closer to it than the WD Caviar SE16 with it's smaller 16MB cache.

If you want to do Crossfire, get the Corsair PSU that's one step up: the 750W one. This is mainly because the 650W Corsair doesn't have 4 PCI-e power connectors, you'll need that many for crossfire on the more powerful ATI cards. Not sure what RAM availability is like for you, though I'd suggest DDR3 1600 6GB kit if you have room in your budget. Otherwise the OCZ 1333 kit you have will be fine.
