That really depends on what question you are asking.

I really hope you don't believe that an 8800 ultra is in the same league performance wise as a gtx260 however.

If your options are only those two, then the only one you should choose is the GTX260.

If you are asking because you want to buy a new video card, you need to provide more info like, what res you play at, what games you play, and what your current rig components are.
