P6T SE Intel or Asus P6TD Deluxe URGENT HELP

I am going to order a motherboard tonight and hoping someone can help me make a choice.

I cant decide which Mobo I know the Deluxe is "better" but i dont know if I am paying for for something that I will not be utilizing. Can somone let me know the difference between the two?

My Videocard is an ATI 5770

Ram will be 6GB (2GBx3) DDR3/1600MHz Triple Channel Memory Module Corsair Dominator.

I know the Deluxe has dual LAN ports.....but it doesnt seem like something that will be used by me....can someone PLEASE help...I need to order this tonight

BTW...I may do moderate OCing. The Deluxe is 131 more. The board will have Asetek LCLC 120 Liquid Cooling System 120MM Radiator & Fan and the i7-920 CPU
