ok here it is i gotm a gigabyte mobo x58 intel chipset 1333mhz
i7 core with 920 intel cpu
when i installed my new ram to 16gig i started to have problems
however i used to dual boot xp home and win7 what i did was a clean install
well needless to say like what was being reported on the web my NEW pc got the BSOD AND VARIEOUS CRASHES AND DUMPS

SO AFTER ELIMATING THE OBVIOUS BY REMOVING ALL UNNESSARY PERRIFERALS
STILL IT PERSISTED WELL I DID A DUMP SPIT
took out the gigabyte gtx 460 and replaced it with the earlier version gts 250 after that everything was going like da bomb

make no mistake iused all the lastest drivers for mobo and other devices and flashed the bios but it was allredy updated

so my conclusion is this seeing how i have a gigabyte mobo why then does it not support the gigabte video card without dramas
below is the cards id
gtx460 this one called gv_n460oc-1gl

gts250 gv-n250oc1gi
as you can plainly see they are of the same gpu family
my advice is to do what i did throw the stinking thing in the bin and hope that gigabyte test there *** better before a all fire hurry to release
