What video card do you currently use? Does it work fine?

Did you connect the 6-pin and 8-pin power connectors needed by the graphics card? What is the wattage of your PSU?

EDIT: 1 long and 3 short beeps means that this is a memory failure. Although don't ask me why your memory is failing after putting in the 8800 GT.

According to the AMI BIOS beep code list (I'm pretty sure ASUS uses AMI BIOSes), 1 long and 3 short beeps means that your extended memory (RAM) has failed. Try reseating them, or moving them to different channels. I'm not sure why your memory would fail because of a video card, though.
