Can't view wallpaper after "Windows Delayed Write Error"

Hi,

I managed to get rid of the windows delayed write error, but I am not able to see my desktop wallpaper and icons.

I also have some icons missing from the start menu and my shortcuts are gone. Here are some pictures if you need them:

Suggest you Windows System Restore to date before you made your change
