Alright, before I reformatted my computer Graphics were superb. Now they look like 800x600 on crack. I've installed the latest driver's from ATI for a XP 32 bit OS. I've adjusted the settings in the CCC and still it looks horrible. I want my clear, crisp display back! Be warned, that I'm not on a monitor. I'm currently using a Vizio 22" 1080i via HDMI cable. I've a monitor on the way but that is irrelevant. I've used this current setup for nearly a year also.

Update- I downloaded the Tropico 3 demo, and the graphics there were good. Although, while in windows gui the graphics are generic?
