I am putting together a system with the following, I will be overclocking.

Intel Core i7 920
GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

I was thinking of using the following MEMORY.

Patriot 12 GB Extreme Performance PC3-10666 (1333MHz) Low Latency (7-7-7-20)

Will this me a bottle neck or limiting factor for the CPU and mother board I picked?

Thanks for you input

I would suggest looking for the GA-X58A's QVL from Gigabyte's website, and see if your Patriot sticks are on it. The QVL lists the memory that the manufacturer has tested with the motherboard, ensuring compatibility and support.
