I decided to build a new system primarily for video editing.
I will use the on board video for now, and upgrade later.
Please take a look and tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.
Thx Thx

Looks like a good start, with upgrade potential. Here's just two things for you to consider:

I used to buy cheaper Coolermaster cases like that one. Every single one of them, without exception, had minor quality control issues (most commonly, many untapped screw holes). All could be used, but I switched to the very similar cheap Rosewill cases. None of them had any quality problems. They're also cheaper.
If your budget will allow, check out a 790GX board. The HD3300 IGP is a little better than the HD4200 on the 785G.
The Seasonic PSU you've selected is a nice one; no complaints. Another similar option would be an Antec Truepower New 550W PSU. It is 80+ bronze certified, and semi-modular, so you'd have fewer cables.

Yank the power supply out of this and sell it for $30.

I've ordered about 10 of these cases for budget systems. Power supply is pretty rugged and only had one case arrived "dinged".

For video editing you are going to need a stronger processor than a regor if you want to do it reasonably quickly.

I agree with jbakerlents suggestions, i would have suggested the same parts.

Dont ever get a cheapo power supply that comes in the case, watch this video if you are curious why

I couldn't sell a Logisys PSU at all, let alone for $30; not and keep a clear conscience. It would go straight to the garbage.
lol, one of my favorite humorous videos...

if you do swap out the hard drive and power supply for the cheaper models you have some spare cash to spend on upgrading the processor to a 545 callisto or perhaps a 550 be .

The psu you list is overkill unless you plan on fitting a top end gfx card for gaming , and the samsung hard drive is a very fast drive so its a reasonable idea to compromise in favor of a more powerful processor

And the coolermaster case is fine . It might struggle with cooling a top end processor and a pair of gfx cards but for your system its a very decent case

These are good suggestions. my two cents-you could save $20 and get a nice 780g or 790gx. The 785g's perform at the same level graphics wise.

Thanks jbakerlent. The only problem I have with OCZ power supply is the rebate process. I heard bad things about it. So I decided against it.

Hunter is correct: you will be best served with as much CPU horsepower your budget allows you. An example of something cheaper with far more muscle ^^
