Is this heatsink compatible with this retention holder?

I am planning to build a new computer using a AM3 socket motherboard. I have a xigmatek HDT-S963 92 mm heatsink but I am missing the a crossbow AM3 bracket. I am planning to buy a EVERCOOL K8-AM2-RM retention bracket but I am not sure it will fit on an AM3 socket. Also worried that the heat sink might not fit.
