I recently installed Windows 7 Professional and have an Abit ANM2-HD Motherboard with onboard Realtek sound.
Installing the drivers is no problem but when I plug my speakers into the jack where my front speakers should be it doesn't recognize an input. However if plug the speakers into the jack for side speakers the sound manager tells me I have plugged in the Front speakers. But then I only get sound from my right speaker.
I have compared the layout of the jacks in the sound manager and my motherboard manual and there is difference as to which jack is which.
Has anyone else had the same problem and been able to solve it?
