and wanted to know if i could upgrade the cpu and do i have to look for any spasific details when i do.

Not worth upgrading little part's, better off using till it degrades and buying a new PC overall.

& by that time, you'll pick up more information on how to build a pc with using computer components, knowing which ones are up to date, and can easily create one with knowledge of knowing what you're doing.
