The PCI Express 2.0 x16 on my current mobo is bad and need a new one. My specs are:

AMD Phenom II X4 955@3.00GHz
8 GB DDR2 RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
800W PSU
NVidia GeForce GTS 250 1GB

Any suggestions?

I'm not entirely familiar with choosing a mobo for an AMD setup, but I'm guessing you can't go wrong with Asus or Gigabyte, the latter in particular. Check the System Builder's Marathons, and look at what the TH team used for their AMD rigs.

it depends on your budget... and the number of graphic cards you are going to use...

if just one card go with any 790X chipset mobo from giga-byte or asus($120-$140)

two or more cards go with 790FX chipset mobo again from giga-byte or asus($160-$180)

tell me ur budget and need we can give a more personalized product suggestion
