Cannot install redhat 5 on DG33FB intel motherboard

I cannot install Redhat Enterprise edition 5 in my system.. my motherboard is intelDG33FB and i am having 250gb sata harddisk.. i have checked acpi option in bios(option power) in which only 2 options are there state1 and state3 there is no option disable... pls give me a solution...

I don't understand, what exactly do you have to disable or enable to get RedHat to work properly?
