It will run it at ultra high with full AA, really easy to do when not feeding a monitor.
What resolution monitor are you going to be playing on? The 4850 will run it smoothly on high with no AA at 1280x1024.
For under 200 you can get an XFX 4890 for 199.99 not much under 200 but it is, however your resolution really determines what card you should get, no point getting a 4890 to run it at 1280x1024 when you are going to get a CPU bottle neck at that resolution.

well I am running at 1280x1024.
But I have a 720p HD tv so I dont know if that would make a difference?
Then the 4850 is as much power as you need, 720p is 1280x720 so you will actually get better frame rates on the TV. I can run crysis on my machine(955 and 512mb 4850) at ~60 FPS at 1280x1024. You will also be able to handle every other game on high quite well.
I would spend a few $ more on a HD4870 which will allow you to postpone a future upgrade for a bit longer since it is faster. Future games will be more demanding so while the extra horsepower might not benefit you now, in the future it will.
Also, should you decide to upgrade your monitor in the future, the HD4870 will be better suited for higher resolutions.
That setup will run Crysis on High at that res no problem. If your TV is 1280x720 then be sure to use that resolution. If you try and use a higher one it won't look as good as using the TVs native resolution. Sometimes I hook up my computer to the 720p Plasma and it's awesome to play Wolverine on that .

The board choice wont have much affect on the graphics performance, the southbridge wont have any effect at all, the PCI-E card is connected to the north bridge.
