I just built this PC with a Foxconn G31MV-K mobo; Intel E5200 Dual Core 2.5 Ghz CPU; Kingston 2x1Gb 800Mhz RAM and a Vorsichti 430W PSU which are brand new. It booted but I can not get the keyboard to respond. There are no light/s but it flickered when I booted it. I need help, I'm a beginner and thank you.

^Which is pretty hard to do if the keyboard does not work!
I keep an old standard keyboard around for just this scenerio. Or, you can get a USB to PS2 adapter. Either way, you have to enable USB keyboard support in your BIOS.
I used to have a MSI motherboard that defaulted to the USB ports turned off, and the USB keyboard turned off when you cleared the BIOS with the jumper on the board. That was the last MSI motherboard I ever owned, such a stupid sequence to have to go through. Anyway, keyboards are dirt cheap, just run out and buy a $10 PS2 board and then you have one for these emergencies.

It's PS2 and I swapped my other computer back and it works.
