Installing Win 98 SE on a Dell Latitude CPi A

When I try and install Windows 98 SE on a Dell Latitude CPi A I get
the following error message:

"The BIOS in this system is INCOMPATIBLE with this operating system!
Please contact your computer dealer for more information."

Upgraded the BIOS version to A15. Have searched the Dell Knowledge
base and web but can't seem to find any fixes.

Where did you get the 98se? Are you trying to use an OEM version from
some other brand?

I don't have a Dell OEM version, but I've had no trouble loading a
retail 98se upgrade version on a CPiA with the A15 bios.

Sounds like you are using a recovery CD from some other machine
