O.C Failure on Windows 8 Developer x64 @ E5300 3.50Ghz

Hey all,
I have problem with my o.c on E5300 at 3.50Ghz (333 x 10) on windows 8 developer x64.
Max o.c i can reach only 3.33Ghz..My sytem start to freeze on windows while open any software etc.
I can reach 3.66 Ghz without any problem with windows 7 ultimate x64 and x32.
My spec is same as my older spec on my older post..

E5300@ 3.66Ghz (333x10.5)
Vcore 1.56v
Vdimm 1.6v 2 x 2046 DDR3 1333Mhz (8-8-8-20) Dual Channel
mobo GA-G41M-Combo
PSU gigabyte PoweRock 390W
GPU GV-N220OC-1Gi (770/911/1674) O.C
2 HDD 7200Rpm 500gb x 2pcs

Can somebody help me...what should do to make my o.c can reach more higher then 3.33Ghz on windows 8 Developer x64 and x32.

Don't know. OS shouldn't matter if your system was truly stable in Win7.

I don't have any problem in windows 7 x32 and x64..
My O.C on windows 7 x64 is 3.66Ghz (333 x 11)
Stable for my everdays workin...100%.

But if i run on windows 8 dev x64 it frozen when try to open any file or software,..
The stable o.c for me on windows 8 dev x64 is 3.33Ghz Max..
Why this happen?Any idea?
