Hello,

I am having an issue receiving a video signal on my HDTV using a HDMI cable from my 9800gx2.

I have a DVI monitor connected to the bottom DVI slot and the HDMI cable connected to the HDMI slot.

The LED lights are all active, green for the DVI and blue for the HDMI including the power cable connectors into the graphics card.

I have tried using splitters from the bottom DVI slot and the top DVI slot with no luck. I have also managed to clone my monitor onto my HDTV successfully but there is still no picture on the TV, its just a black screen. Its the same with dual screens, no luck.

One last point, I have managed to recieve a picture on the HDTV using a DVI-VGA cable in the top DVI port and have my monitor working in the bottom DVI port.

System specs:

Windows Vista 64bit SP1
Intel Core 2 Extreme X9650 @ 3.0Ghz
4GB Crucial Ballistix RAM
1x 9800GX2
Striker Extreme I
Video BIOS version 62.92.39.00.12
Driver version 190.62
Galaxy 1000W PSU.

If it helps my HDTV is a TH-42PZ800.

Any help is appreciated.
