Sony Vaio error re: ATI Graphics Card

I have been getting the following error message for a while now:

I have followed the links to the ATI website and tried to download what
the error report (that Windows generates) says I need but Windows XP
won't let me install it giving me another message that states I don't
have the hardware necessary.

Can anyone help??
