Transfering files from 2 internal HDs, via BlacX, on another computer. Cannot ac

Hello,
I am trying to remove data from one HD, and store it on a laptop, to place onto another HD. Both of these HDs were originally Externals, case broke, so i am trying to use Thermaltake's BlacX to do so. I have run Western digital's HD diagnostics and both passed. I can recognize them as a usb device /mass storage, but i cannot figure out how to access them. Any ideas?? Thanks for your time...and yes. I am indeed slightly retarded

You may need to go into disk management and assign the drive a letter for it to show up properly.
