Help. no display..

i just replace my spare desktop with my old 7600gt but there is no display when i boot the computer. there is signal to my monitor but my monitor shows a black screen.. the fan on the GPU is working and there is heat too. everything is normal just no display. why? is there a possibility my PSU is not enough? it is a 300w PSU

do you see the bios screen when it first powers on?

no it didnt. there is signal to my monitor but only shows a blank screen..
