i have a deskjet 610c printer and ineed to print something but everytime i send something to print i doesnt work it says pending and when i check on the printer is says error but i dont know what kind of error. the printer doesnt even make a sound paper is in and so is the ink the printer use to work before but know it doesnt

there should be some form of error code on the printer screen
