i have gtx560 ti and i want to upgrade to i3 2100 to avoid bottleneck my ask for
is this cpu have a bottleneck with my card or not ???
he will be able to run bf3 with max power of my card

Even though it is a dual core, it games like a quad core because of its hyperthreading. I have one combined with a HD 6850 and they scream FPS at 1680x1050. Check out where it stands in the gaming hierarchy chart:
