Hello,

I recently bought 2x1gb sticks of ram from Crucial and everytime after my computer starts up i get a BSoD. I removed the previous ram from my machine so i do not know why i am getting this problem. My computer is a Dell Dimension E510 and i believe the mobo is a DM051. Any help would be great.

Depending on what ram you bought, you might have to up the voltage in BIOS, but it could also be that they just don't play nice with your motherboard, hard to tell without knowing the specifics.

Also download memtest86+, burn it on to a disk, boot off of it and run the test. it will tell you if the ram is good.
