Did you do a clean install after you replaced the CPU?

Windows doesn't like hard ware changes, especially if it's the CPU.

I was a little confused at first, but you went from a C2D E6300 to a Pentium Dual Core E6300.

You will definitely need to do a clean install. I've never swapped CPU successfully without Windows throwing a hissy fit. That should get rid of your BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) as well.
