New case and mobo or new cpu?

hi!

so my inspiron 530 can take up to the E8600. Im thinking of the E8200 or E7500 for $120-130, but Im thinking of getting a new mobo and case(since the mobo upgrade is impossible without modding the case), so a FoxConn G41M will cost me $60 and a good case will cost $60, thats $120(+tax and shipping?) so which will give me best performance for games, and some VERY light video editing and somewhat moderate WinRAR 3.8 use?

1440x900 res
C2D E4500
3GB DDR@ @ 667
ATi 4850 @ 650/1000 (FOC)
G33M02 motherboard.
I do play most games maxed out btw.

and since black friday is next week, im feeling like i should take advantage of it.

Upgrading your motherboard/case will not effect your performance, unless you decide to overclock since a new motherboard will allow that.
