Ran a single 6950 unlocked shaders on Battlefield, Stock (800 mhz core | 1250 mhz memory)

Results: Every now and then (not excesssive) there is one or two green flashes.

Does anyone else get these Flashes?

I know my graphic card is not broken, i run well on Crysis 2 Ultra with ease.

Would this be the games driver issues or more leaning toward ATI's Drivers.

The flashes are not on your end. A ton of people are reporting the same problem, hell, it happens to me some times also. Hopefully some of the current BF3 problems will disappear with driver updates and server fixes.
