FSB:DRAM issue

hi,
I'm using a
"amd" m2n68 am-plus mobo
athlon64 x2 3600 processor
and PC2 5300 ddr2 ram
Could someone please tell me if there is a mis match between fsb and dram ratio?cos my rig goes off after sometime of working!
