do you mean a dragon platform?
if that is the case, then you need a amd cpu (phenom II)+mb with amd chipset (770 and above)+amd gpu (3200HD and above)

1. Get Heka/Deneb rather than Toliman/Agena so a P2X3 720BE?
2. If tight i'd rate the Asrock GF8200 > ECS actually
3. Try to ease off HDD and hit a GTX 260?
4. Get hardware from somewhere from 'them'
5. Forget fancy names - just concentrate getting as many frames for your $$
