I have a radeon hd 2600 xt card 512 mb , it seems all games that require the physx driver like batman, resident evil 5, raven squad...... you get the idea. after a while playing my system reboots. Any one have an idea.....

rather than graphic card issue with games it sounds like your psu having problems to power up your pc properly which causing the system to suddenly reboot. is this happen to games with PhysX only? what about other games and app?

You cant use Physx on an ATI card, it just cant be done, it is a proprietary nVidia option, some games support it to offload the physics calculations to the GPU but if you dont choose it then the CPU will just do the physics the best it can. Try these games without attempting to enable physx(im suprised it even gives you an option to) and it should work fine.

If that isnt the issue and you just started having issues recently, undo whatever you did recently especially if it was a graphics update

i think the option to enable / disable the physics acceleration can only be found inside nvidia control panel. is there any option to change the physics setting from the game?
