2133 on crosshair v formula phenom1100t

I have a
crosshair v formula
phenom x6 1100t

i know phenom supports up to 1333mhz of ram
but the motherboard supports up to 1600, higher frequencies are writed different in the box example 2133 (o.c)
what is this oc thing?

what happens if i use 2133mhz on a phenom x6?
will the motherboard just downclock the 2133mhz(1333mhz i guess)
while still having CAS Latency 11-11-11-30-2N
what about the heat?1.5v exactly the same as sniper

and if i use this? 1600mhz

both cost almost the same so i want to know if i should
buy dat 2133mhz for my next upgrade to fx 8170
or better (am3plus socket)

I don't think you will be able to run your 1100t at 2133. I think 1600 is possible though. The FX will likely be able to run the ram at the full 2133 so it's a good investment.

To confirm, I also run an 1100t and a 900FX motherboard with DDR3 1866. I am running it at 1600 without any problems whatsoever.
