hey im wanting to build a computer for my recording setup and i need some definite help :bounce:


APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: In a week or so

BUDGET RANGE: 600-650ish

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: DAW computer...Multitasking---- Recording and producing Music, audio, internet, applications (microsoft word etc...)

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg

PARTS PREFERENCES: Quad core preferably. Amd or intel. But w/ my budget, probably a triple core amd

OVERCLOCKING: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920 x 1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: preferably a pretty quiet computer. For now i want to have this computer be solely a DAW computer. So for now i don't need a great GPU. In the future i will get a nice one. I want to hard drives. One for windows and programs and one for audio.

Far cheaper but you may want to splash more on RAM or a 2nd HDD for RAID ^^

Well next gen GPUs are around the corner and why not stick to IGP and when u do game in future your $$ will be able to buy better tech for the same $$ Not to mention ramp up power consumption unnecessarily ^^Well i prefer USB wifi adapters but its all good though ^^
