Hello. I am going to build my own computer, and I have chosen a motherboard that supports PCI Express video cards. I can't find many good PCI Express video cards, but I have found tons of PCI Express 2.0 cards. Are PCI Express 2.0 video cards backwards compatible with PCI Express video cards?

Yes, 1.0 cards work in 2.0 slots and 2.0 cards work in 1.0 slots. The only issues you might encounter is the bandwidth bottle necking the card a little depending on the card.
